Die cutting! The invention relates to a production process of auxiliary materials for industrial electronic products. From the die-cutting equipment, the traditional die-cutting machine is difficult to meet the requirements in terms of efficiency and consumables, so the asynchronous die-cutting machine was born. Upper asynchrony means that the upper material belt of the product to be punched and cut is asynchronized, the lower material belt is fed according to the normal pull distance, the main material is controlled within the minimum distance, and the punching and cutting is on the specified normal pull distance material belt, so as to save time and material.
FPC keyboard glue products use asynchronous die-cutting operation. Compared with the traditional practice, the asynchronous die-cutting machine is added, which reduces the number of ordinary die-cutting machines and can save most materials in the same step operation.

Preparation before boarding
Material compounding preparation before putting on the machine: cover the main material with release film / release paper, and use the bonding machine to protect the double-sided adhesive of the main material with release film / release paper in advance. The lower part is compounded with a layer of release film (backing), and the upper part is compounded with a layer of release paper (auxiliary waste discharge).
Why should a layer of release paper and a layer of release film be compounded: first, both layers are used to prevent sticking and protect materials from sticking to other materials and machines during passing / operation, resulting in residual glue and even product deformation.
The function of release paper is to facilitate the waste discharge in the future process. The toughness of the paper is very poor. If the stiffness is very large in the lifting process, it can be lifted at one time. The toughness of the protective film is better, because it is necessary to pull up the material belt to remove waste, and the toughness is not easy to be broken.
Operation steps
1. The discharging machine discharges the blue bottom release film, (Note: the release film here is the covered double-layer release film) the bottom release film enters the upper asynchronous die-cutting machine from the main machine feeding rack, and then enters the drawing system through the punching platform.
2. The main material is discharged through the upper asynchronous discharge shaft, the protective release film at the bottom of the main material is stripped before entering the die base, the exposed rubber surface of the main material is facing down, and the protective release film is close to the punching surface and passes through the die base for the first knife punching.
3. The upper asynchrony mainly adjusts and sets the spacing of main materials reasonably to achieve the purpose of saving main materials; After the main material is punched and cut, the main material is discharged from the receiving shaft.
4. Enter the laminating machine and let the pressing roller of the laminating machine press the whole plate material to be flat by gravity, which is convenient for subsequent punching and cutting.
5. Enter the second knife of the high-speed die-cutting machine to punch the outer frame of the upper release film material.
6. Enter the three station laminating machine, cover the OPP tape, and discharge the waste of the outer frame of the upper release film. Then a layer of white release film is coated.
The function of the white release film is to protect the adhesive layer. During the process, the material needs to be punched and cut into the whole plate outer frame. The white release film is to protect the keyboard adhesive from being taken away by the waste due to the exposure of the adhesive in the air during the waste discharge process.
7. Enter the high-speed die-cutting machine, punch the third knife and punch the outer frame of the whole plate product.
